I wouldn't even give 1 star if I had the option. You can not and will not find worse customer service than this company. Call it Thrive. Call it Aveanna. Soft Touch Medical. Whatever. They all are terrible. They provide life sustaining nutrition and supplies to CHILDREN, and yet you can't even get anyone on the phone to talk with. Pathetic.

This company is terrible. They took three weeks to get my one year old her oxygen saying she needed a sleep evaluation, when her pulmonologist and ER respiratory doctors had both contacted them to get us our equipment asap bc of her hypoxia. Then they finally deliver it, and the compressor stopped working on the first night. They say they have an after hours line, but nobody answers it. Do not use this company. We are looking for a new supplier immediately.

Literally THE WORST SUPPLY COMPANY EVER!!!! I had to give them 1 star to continue with the review. They are liars, customer service is TERRIBLE, haven’t received my daughter’s well needed supplies in months ! PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR NEW NAME AVEANNA.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I have a very tiny baby at home who is tube fed and EVERY SINGLE MONTH I have to chase Thrive to get supplies to my son. I end up either having to pay egregiously out of pocket or having to reuse supplies (which is a no-no). No one answers the phone or email and is just a terrible company to work with. I'm disappointed that I have to deal with this every month especially since this is the provider my insurance makes us use.
