I tried this for my young daughter who is extremely anxious about needles due to being traumatized when she was a toddler. Estelle came to my home, patiently answered all her questions and was quick and gentle with her. This is the first time my daughter did not cry with bloodwork. I will call her again when my daughter needs more bloodwork.

Excellent service. I was able to book the appointment on short notice, get the entire therapeutic phlebotomy finished in 10-15 minutes, and be on my way after having a nice conversation with the phlebotomist. I'm never sitting for hours and hours at a blood bank ever again!
My entire life I have struggled with giving blood. It has turned into a major trauma issue causing me severe anxiety. I haven’t had anyone draw blood for more than 10 years. But today ESTELLE did it! She got 7 tubes! I cried afterwords. It was a huge accomplishment for me and a huge sense of relief. I can finally take care of my health.
