I had to have a previous really old root canal retreated as it was infected and needed to be treated by an endodontist. There was swelling and an abscess. Dr. Darleen Davis was welcoming, warm, kind and explained what needed to be done. She is very skilled and knowledgeable and got everything done really well. She showed concern and care and made sure to give specific instructions as to how to proceed with caution to facilitate healing. Her staff were helpful and friendly too. Dr. Davis and her team are awesome. They made me feel at ease because I have not had a good experience with some other doctors. Everything was explained because my case was unusual. They did a great job!! Thank you and your staff for a wonderful experience from the front desk to the back office.
I loved my root canal service with Dr. Davis. She was very gentle, explained everything and was patient with my anxiety. I decided to go back to her for my second root canal and I was told I needed an extraction. They don’t do extractions but the issue came when I was charged almost $700 for consult and imaging since I didn’t get the root canal. That seems way overpriced IMO, considering no work was done on me. So if you don’t end up getting a root canal- be prepared to pay for all the imaging and consult at premium rate!
Dr. Davis is highly knowledgable and very experienced. She is easy to work with and explain thoroughly. I went in for a root canal repair and will highly recommended her.
