I dropped my car off a day early to be detailed. 2nd car was scheduled directly after 1st one to be completed. I stopped by at 11:30am following day to see if completed. they were closed for the day. no call or notice. now they have my car that is needed for the rest of the day
RecommendedStaff was great and They did a great job at detailing. I will definitely use them again.
1. Employee complained when I got there how "backed up they were". There were 3 cars including mine. That should have been my first clue. 2. Wash water smelled like it came out of the sewer. 3. When they were done, the windows were still not clean, dashboard was still dusty. This is my second bad experience here and will not go back for a third. The owner has a significant investment in the asset there but is certainly not getting the return he or she could get due to poor management.
My husband has been taking our cars to this place for awhile. I decided to check it out the other day. I paid for a premium interior and the vacuuming was done right, but I had to finish wiping the surfaces. The owner was screaming and yelling at his employees. Maybe that is why they can't work effectively. My husband took our brand new lease vehicle to get washed today and now there are scratches down the sides. We will be washing our own cars from now on. Russ' and Minuteman suck too.
My only complaint is their towels left red fuzz all over my car and tons of water spots.
