Unfortunately everytime i try to use this car wash there's some issue. Today I paid for the car wash but it had a car in it .. it wouldn't reset for my wash.. i ended up leaving and going to a different one.. terrible service.
Price was good, the deluxe wash had some very good offerings. The wash experience itself wasn't great. At one point, something shook my vehicle rather hard, hard enough that after the wash I pulled up behind the building and checked for damage (and they call this place Soft Touch Car Wash?). Luckily there was none. And the rinse didn't remove all the soap. I had to go to the car wash up the street and use the spray wand to rinse off the excess.
