Albie has been great! He noticed something wrong with my pool and fixed it right away. He was also very nice patient and understanding when we accidentally locked the gate. I would absolutely refer him to a friend.!

I’ve been with the company since we installed our pool about four years ago. Pool cleaning can’t be done by AI—thankfully. A real decent human comes out weekly. For us it’s Kyle. We depend on Kyle to not just add a few drops of chemicals, and clean leaves. He keeps our pool together. Gives tips on equipment maintenance. Will fix what he can.The main office is always polite and professional. Hire them.You will appreciate them.

We’re extremely happy with Soft Swim pools as they have serviced our pool for four years! Sheryl in the front office is always friendly and helpful. We’ve had Kyle as our service tech for the entire time! Can’t say enough about him, he takes great care of our pool and we completely trust him as we are gone six months out of the year. We tried 3 different companies prior to Soft Swim and have found them to be the best!
