Utterly uncommunicative. They did not ever brush the pool when they "cleaned" it either. Tried to get them to show up for a repair for 3 weekd and cannot get a response until I was annoyed and then they acted like I was the problem. I literally agreed to pay them to come service the pump I bought from them in May and then they couldn't even *show up* or *respond*!!!!
Eric and the soft swim team have been fantastic from day one. Their sister company built my pool 6 years ago and I couldn’t be happier with the quality work and fantastic customer service from Soft Swim Pool Service. Highly recommend!
Eric was very professional from the beginning. I would recommend him and his company to anybody that has a pool and is in need of maintenance troubleshooting or whatever else you may need for your pool thank you Eric for your helping. Your professionalism was remarkable.
