ZERO STARS. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have been trying for over TWO WEEKS to get ahold of someone to discuss a complaint. I received one call back with a promise of reaching out again to discuss further. NO ONE reaches back out. The phone goes unanswered, emails get ignored. The manager (Matt or Mike was his name I believe) is beyond dismissive and entitled. I will be bringing further complaints to the BBB in hopes that they BBB can solve my issues since this "company" refuses.
Eric was an amazing help! A lot of great information on how to keep things clean and running smoothly! Would definitely recommend them!
