I’m cool with cash only places, but put a sign out in front so people don’t waste their time in line. I waited 10 minutes in line today only to find out it was cash only. Had I known that I would have not got in line and waited.
Very greedy and dishonest management. My antenna cover came off at this place and when I called they never called back. I went in person and they lied to me and treated me very rudely. Do not trust your car to this place.
Rating should be 0 stars!! This car wash is terrible! Dirty mop bucket in the hallway. Manager just hanging out with employee in the office. When they said my car was ready, I noticed My car was still dripping wet and they didn't even open the doors or trunk to dry in between. 7 people can’t Dry a car with 14 hands?! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
Shitty job last 2 times. They used to be the best at windows. No more.
We go to this car wash because the location is convenient. Unfortunately, the service and quality of work is awful. I always try to go when the place is empty because I figure they're not in a rush and will actually CLEAN the car. No such luck - you leave the car wash and need still have to. Lean the car. Today, one car in front of me, no one else for another 10 minutes and still horrendous service. They barely wiped down the inside and the windows, water dripping all over, the trunk untouched... Not the first time I've been there where they did a half ass job. Worse is when they argue with you about a service you watched them NOT do! Paid for #4 VIP service which calls for hand buffing. They did the usual. Put it through machines. I spoke up one guy says oh yes it's sprayed on. I sayid so who's buffing it? It's getting regular dry with towel.
