I love that all the products at Soft Petalz are natural with no harsh chemicals and great for people that have sensitive skin. Everything we've bought there has been great. It's one of my teen's favorite places to shop at 😊 The owner, Asma is such a wonderful lady. She's always so sweet to my girls and helpful in answering any questions.
Amazing products with Excellent Customer Service!! So far I've received or purchased candles, lotion, magic lip color and facial care, love them all, no issues with anything I have tried.
I am very satisfied with Soft Petalz products. Nevertheless, their approach on informational emails are excellent. I am enjoying the scent of the lotions I purchased and the way my skin feels. The care they took in packaging shows how dedicated they are in making the shopping experience unique!
Discovered this small business at the Big E in Springfield last fall. Asma (owner) was so knowledgeable and passionate about her products. I bought a few products she suggested and my skin has never felt better. I have reordered a few times and been very happy with everything. Also had a question this week when ordering .. contacted Asma and she replied quickly. Her prices are very reasonable. Give them a try !!
Found Soft Petalz at the Big E, purchased a body oil and decided to go back to the store. Love everything I’ve purchased so far from body oils, hair treatment and face products. Glad I found them.
