I made an appointment on 11/21/25 for 12/16/25 with Lachun Smith at Soft Life Salon. The appointment was accepted. I confirmed the appointment on 12/15/25 via the text sent. I received a note from the Vagaro booking system on 12/16/25 (the day of my appointment) at 12:54am advising she was not accepting new clients. Customers must cancel in 72 hours per the cancellation policy on the Vagaro website. The same respect should be given to customers.
