I had a very disappointing experience here. First, the location is inside an office building, and you need to call to request elevator access, which already felt inconvenient and a bit unprofessional. During the appointment, the process was quite uncomfortable and at times painful. I specifically requested bottom lash extensions. When I opened my eyes, I was honestly shocked — the technician had applied upper lashes to my bottom lashes, so you can imagine they were pointing upward, which looked completely ridiculous.
