I am extremely grateful to have found Cathrine. Not only is she so kind and so very knowledgeable, she is very Loving to both myself and my family. I feel so thankful to have her guidance as she counsels /coaches me and shares tools to make me a better stronger version of myself which has led me to be a better wife, mother, and now business owner. I would recommend her to any and everyone no matter what the struggle! She is a very rare find a true Gem!

Catherine has done an amazing job counseling my granddaughter. My granddaughter was in an emotionally bad place from all the bullying she dealt with every day at school. Now she has a whole new set of friends and is not letting the talk get to her. I would recommend Catherine to anyone needing help with standing up to bullying.

The best practice in the northwest suburbs I have experienced. Cathrine is very inviting and attentive, really amazing to have someone who cares so much in the area!
