Yeah don't bother, I left a message back in march for repairs. Its has been almost 8 months no returns calls nothing. Called recently & approached again, Sam didn't bother getting back. He has lost touch in the trade.

Sam and the team at soft cool have been looking after our shop fridges for over 15 . Great response when our fridges break down i ring them up and they come straight out to the shop. Very friendly and cheap prices. Thanks soft cool
