I bought a hoodie in the Provincetown store on 10/11/25 as a gift. $71.00 & it has holes! Don't recommend. Poor quality, high price.

Very happy with the manager at Soft as a Grape in Provincetown. Purchased several items this week and was overcharged because sales person did not take into account the sale prices. I called and spoke to the manager. I sent her a copy of my receipt and within 10 minutes she had looked up my account and processed a refund to the credit card I’d used. This was very good customer service! Thank you!

The lady (manager) at your Provincetown, MA store tried to scam me by not returning the good (a bag) that I purchased, I had to fight for it, and educate her about your return policy. On the receipt it clearly states purchased item can be returned and exchanged within 30 days of purchase, it must be in as-new condition, unworn, and unwashed.
