I just had my eyebrows threaded by a woman there, and it was the most painful experience I've had in over 10 years. I was charged $15, but it felt like the person lacked proper experience. She didn’t even know how to properly clean up the eyebrows. I clearly expressed during the process that it was causing me a lot of pain, but nothing changed. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

I came here for eyebrow threading and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the lady who has a bob haircut. Her customer service was lacking—she was unfriendly and didn’t seem interested in making the experience comfortable. On top of that, her threading technique needs improvement. I left feeling frustrated and not fully satisfied with the result. That said, there are two other ladies at this location who I would recommend—they’re much more skilled and professional. I used to come to soft arch when my lady was there. Once she left fir the fayetteville store, I feel like they can't keep the same women in for consistency...also if notice floors are never cleaned and seemed like there's wax on the floor...the last time I was there i had a new girl and she really messed up my eye brows..also seems like she was new to threading and went extremely slow..I rated mine a three since I did have good experiences before my lady left.
