This location is extremely hit or miss with service and kindness of the workers - i cant speak on their other services, just the waxing/threading. And I really hate to be that person, I really tried to like this place. They're all nice before u sit in the chair - my first time going was a great experience, the lady being understanding of the thick stubborn facial hairs on my face.
