Used twice, once for initial installation some 8 years ago, and again last year to remove and replace all blinds after a hurricane renovation. First visit was 5 star, great pricing on 2 sets of plantation shutters, 3 sets of vertical blinds (which he special ordered for us with wands instead of side pulls),and 3 other basic shades.
