We are very happy with our new Impact Windows. John and the team were very professional.Marcello and the other installers were very tidy, we would recommend this company.
First rate above and beyond service 2 years after installation. I called John on a couple of different minor issues with a screen and an issue with our front door cover plate. Both times he came over to our house and solved the issues. First time he ordered us a new screen and left me a video of how to install it correctly, yesterday came over to temporarily fix the cosmetic plate that goes over the threshold while he orders me a new. Extremely happy with SOFLO from start to finish. Liked fact that owners came to give estimate and installation done in house with another owner involved. Price was very competitive. Quality and professional installation done by Marcelo and his team. Excellent communication and customer service. Highly recommend!!!
I recommend Soflo windows highly to whoever needs windows John and Jerry are fantastic. After leaving I felt like they were family. Very honest and up front Best price in town as well. There crew came and installed the windows to a perfection. Very mindful of dust and dirt. They left my home like they were never there. Just the clean new windows.
