Hate to leave a mediocre review considering the other great reviews here. Brought a necklace in to get it repaired and it was ready within 24 hours! $20 which wasn’t too bad but after about a week of daily use, it broke again in the same spot it was repaired. $20 wasted
Sofie is wonderful! I left my earrings for repair and she is able to adjust the backs at no charge. She is a true tradeswoman to craft. Highly recommended
