We went in the middle of the afternoon on a week day. The restaurant wasn't that busy and our order was simple (an appy and a pizza), yet it took an extensive time to get our food, which was "so-so" and nothing special. This made us late for a booked event and so we had to chase down the bill at the cash register. We were greeted by someone outside by the menus. We should have known not to walk in when they have to convince you that their food is good or better. Nevertheless, it was dinner time and we decided to walk in. The waiter (Tony I think) and staff kept on screaming at each other the whole time we were there. The specials were announced and the waiter spoke so fast (even for a New Yorker) that we could not decipher what they were. My wife asked for clarifications on the specials.
