As someone who is living alone for the first time in there life, I am so grateful to be living here in the Sofia! The staff in the building are soooooo nice and genuine, it really gives family vibes! The amenities are top notch, 2 terraces with the best sunrise and sunset views! The whole building is high tech which means you can access every door from your phone! We have been living in this building for almost three years, and overall our experience has been quite positive. The building is well maintained, the hallways are always clean, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Whenever we’ve needed assistance, they’ve been polite, responsive, and willing to help. That said, there is one ongoing issue that has significantly affected our comfort. For the most part I love it here. Feeling safe is the most important area for me and I personally haven’t experienced any safety issues. The building is always super clean, everyone is friendly and even upper management stop and chat when you run into them. Great environment and would recommend it to anyone. I have had a couple of logistical issues but one was resolved and the other, well, nothing can be done about it. Not a big deal.
I have stayed in Sofia apartment for almost 2 years and i’ll say that this is the best experience i have ever had. Responsive management, respectful neighbors and peaceful ambiance. I just wish the parking garage had some markings so that people will know what direction to go. Many times, I’ve encountered people driving in and out in the wrong direction.
