My husband and I have lived at Sofia Yorkville (managed by York Property Management / developed by York Developments) from March 2024 – September 2025. We are the second tenants in our unit of this newly built property. If you are a current resident, please check your circuit breaker to make sure it is properly labeled. Ours was not, which is a violation of electrical code. I asked management to notify other tenants so everyone could confirm their own breakers, but this has not been done. This is a serious safety concern, as an unlabeled breaker can delay emergency response and put all people and animals in the building at risk.
Since April 2025 I have tried calling .. filling out online forms & emailing at the Sofia & another location trying to make an appointment. I am coming from Florida.. wanting to move back from the USA.. NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME… WHY!??
