I'm looking forward to my first appointment. I've met a few people that are patients there and their dentures look amazing. I'm hoping for the same result ASPEN DENTAL was terrible and did a absolutely horrible job. My dentures are not functional. Bottles broke 3 times simply biting a soft pickle slice. They fall out and actually look terrible. Changed my appearance and ability to speak. ASPEN also doesn't honor their guarantees of customer satisfaction. Worst experience ever. Confirmed with me that they accepted my insurance and then got a bill. Argued with them to write it off or discount it and didn’t. Service is horrible. Immediately changed providers and haven’t had an issue since. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist. But eventually, we all have to go. I highly recommend Dr. Asi and his staff at Hudec Dental in Mentor. Dr. Asi is a perfectionist. He is not finished until the job is done right. The staff are friendly, caring, and highly skilled. Their camaraderie and humor make dental visits tolerable for me. We have many choices in Mentor. This is the place to go.

Office is very unprofessional. Seems like staff is more concerned talking then caring for patient. And staff does not always wear mask. Considering it's a medical office I would expect the employees to follow guidelines.
