Flowers ordered via phone were lovely, but were sent to a hospital without a vase--when I complained that I hadn't been told they'd be sent w/no way to stay alive, they sent a vase too small to house any of the flowers. I asked for a partial refund, they confirmed in writing they'd send it, then I received nothing back.
