My experience at SoFi 5500 was great; Jackie, the property manager, was amazing. She was super attractive and supportive, and she helped me get into a new apartment right away. Also, the community is clean and has some amazing amenities. I would highly recommend.
Sofi 5500 will always receive a five-star rating because of their care and concern for the building, grounds, and units. The staff is friendly, and I truly value the friendship we have developed. I cannot imagine moving away from this property in the foreseeable future. TB
We have had a great experience moving in here at Sofi and been here for about a week now. The apartment is big and beautiful. Designed well so bedrooms are far from the hallway which is amazing for my insomniac fiancée. Leasing representative Jackie has been excellent at communicating and very helpful. Maintenance came same day for concerns we had (outlets not working) at move in. We haven’t had guests so we can comment on guest parking but Jackie did clarify that is the biggest negative about the building so we knew to expe... read more
The building itself is really nice, and the location is super convenient. One of the best things is the park nearby - such a great spot to relax! There were some organizational issues at the beginning due to a management change, but things have definitely improved. Joe has been fantastic - always helpful and professional. However, I’m taking one star off because of the assistant. Nadia could really benefit from some training on how to communicate with people better. Otherwise, it’s a good place overall!
