I just moved in a few months ago and have been having major difficulties in this building. I have been sending complaints letting the office know of some of these issues and hope that things gets resolved. Moving in, I encountered many issues in my apartment, one of the major issues being the washer and dryer. I was able to reach out to the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager letting them know of the ongoing situation and was able to get it replaced with brand new ones. Jackie and Jody were phenomenal. They helped me with so much and made things so easy from move in, to helping with things outside of apartments, and also in providing a lot of information. Update: renewed for another year. Great place to live! Again Jody and Jackie have been phenomenal the entire time I’ve been here! Very happy being here!
