I previously went thru the app process at SoFi5500 but ended up selecting another apt bc of a month off incentive they were offering. On the day of my move, with a uhaul packed with all of my things, I drove over an hour to the apt that I had selected. But I was not completely satisfied with the other apt. So I took a short drove to Sofi5500 and in a couple of hours, my app was reactivated and I moved in that evening. Love the community, the staff, and the area! I was visiting my friend for a few days with hopes of maybe moving to this area. Unfortunately, I will have to look at other options. This complex is an absolute disgrace. Rats and mice live freely in the walls, packages are stolen regularly, and the staff is too incompetent to address any of it. On top of that, relentless construction noise makes the place nearly unlivable. I couldn’t even last three days here. Save yourself the misery and look elsewhere.
