Andre and his team did an incredible job. I was able to get a quote within minutes after just texting him a picture of the damaged soffits that we needed to be replaced. Andre was very communicative and had a technician out the very next day to make the repair. He then reached out to me to make sure I was happy with the job before processing the payment. Thank you, Andre, for making my very first home repair as a homeowner as easy as it possibly could have been!
Left trash and nails around my entire house. Destroyed plants I explicitly told them not to touch in the estimate process. The finish work of the work they did do is sloppy. Originally had a contract of about 6 thousand dollars to do soffit and gutters. I cancelled the gutters after I saw what a terrible job they did of the soffit, and what they did to my property. Excellent job! Scheduling the estimate and replacement of our soffit was quick and straightforward. Andre was great at showing how the aluminum soffit would look compared to the existing one. It looks a million times better and the craftsmanship is excellent! I highly recommend Invictus 12 for your soffit replacement.
