We previously had a custom living room set, purchased from Couch Potato and we loved it. It eventually wore out so we went to Sofa Works and had a custom livingroom set created. It has not worn well. It arrived with deep creases in the fabric that have never relaxed and now the fabric is bunching and overall looks really sloppy. I will never purchase a custom set from sofaworks again.
Just had our 6 dining room chairs recovered and I absolutely love them! Totally worth the investment! Sofa works does such an amazing professional job. The whole experience from selection of fabric to completion of job was amazing! Highly recommended. Thank you again! I love love love my chairs!
I recently bought a custom sofa and headboard from Sofaworks. Both pieces were delivered yesterday and they are beautiful and well made. I am very happy with both! For many, many years, I have loved my sofa but I knew it was time for a change and so began the journey to replace it. Unbeknownst to me, selecting a sofa to replace an old favorite became very daunting and I decided to keep my sofa and have it recovered. Absolutely thrilled with my experience! I had custom-made armchairs done and couldn’t be happier — the craftsmanship is top-notch, the prices are fair, and the whole team makes you feel like family.
