We previously had a custom living room set, purchased from Couch Potato and we loved it. It eventually wore out so we went to Sofa Works and had a custom livingroom set created. It has not worn well. It arrived with deep creases in the fabric that have never relaxed and now the fabric is bunching and overall looks really sloppy. I will never purchase a custom set from sofaworks again.

I recently bought a custom sofa and headboard from Sofaworks. Both pieces were delivered yesterday and they are beautiful and well made. I am very happy with both! I worked with Leslie and was excellent! Leslie was patient and professional, and listended well! Leslie was knowlegable in providing the appropriate guidance in my choice of color and measurements. Great service and they produce an excellent CANADIAN product. We love our couches. We’ve had them for two years and brought the upper cushions back for a minor adjustment free of charge. Same day pickup and they look amazing. Great owner interaction, good people.

We had our sofas made by Sofa Works 13 years ago. They have been fantastic and have held up excellent. We returned to Sofa Works to see about recovering the sofas a few weeks ago. They were very helpful in assisting us choosing the new fabric and foam. The sofas have just been returned to us and they look unbelievable, we cannot thank them enough. If you seek quality work and material I will not hesitate to recommend Sofa Works and their staff.
