We previously had a custom living room set, purchased from Couch Potato and we loved it. It eventually wore out so we went to Sofa Works and had a custom livingroom set created. It has not worn well. It arrived with deep creases in the fabric that have never relaxed and now the fabric is bunching and overall looks really sloppy. I will never purchase a custom set from sofaworks again.
Just had our 6 dining room chairs recovered and I absolutely love them! Totally worth the investment! Sofa works does such an amazing professional job. The whole experience from selection of fabric to completion of job was amazing! Highly recommended. Thank you again! I love love love my chairs!
For many, many years, I have loved my sofa but I knew it was time for a change and so began the journey to replace it. I recently bought a custom sofa and headboard from Sofaworks. Both pieces were delivered yesterday and they are beautiful and well made. I am very happy with both! I worked with Leslie and was excellent! Leslie was patient and professional, and listended well! Leslie was knowlegable in providing the appropriate guidance in my choice of color and measurements. We had a sectional made through SofaWorks in Coquitlam just before Christmas 2019 and couldn't be happier with the result. It was a challenging build because the sectional had to fit into an existing sunken area but also be capable of standing on legs in future when we move from this house. The interior designer we worked with (Laura) was fabulous!
