Great staff, very easy process
So frustrating! My husband wrote a negative post a few weeks back. They instantly reached out because they wanted to “make things right.” Mind you, one of the first things they asked was, “can you take down the negative post?” Well, my answer is NO and now you can have another. You did come and check out our over priced custom sofa. You took pictures and agreed it was awful and should be fixed. And now....NOTHING! Where did you go? I shop at Sofas 2 furnishings for all of my furniture needs. Great quality products and the prices aren't bad either. The staff are nice and very helpful. Thank you for helping me with my most recent purchase. I love my new cozy sofa!
Just bought a mattress from here. Best money I have spent, very knowledgeable staff, no high pressure sales. Chris took his time in explaining several different options, very patient as we tried all the sectections. Delivery was quick easy and the boys were very accommodating and professional. Highly recommend. See for yourself.
*Update* Owners still won’t refund money for the couch. Do not buy from these people! Go anywhere else but this store. The fraudulent practices that go on here are infuriating, they should have opened a used car dealership. Do not believe them when they say you can return something with in 7 days. Everything is a special order, even when it’s sold as in stock. They are liars and deceivers.
