Fake Reviews OMG! I was the only customer and one very rude lady as staff! Sofa's were dirty, out Dated & over-priced. No free delivery. No Customer Service, it appeared that by visiting the store, I actually was disturbing here quiet peace! Totally agree with Sara S. The five good reviews seem fake!

PRODUCTS DON'T LAST LONG I bought my living rooms set and dining set from here. It's only been two years and we hardly eat on the dining table. We have no children so nobody plays on it. the table and chairs is coming apart already. Also they had to deliver 3 times until they could get me one that was not defected when we first bought it. As for the sofa, the pillow only lasted 1 yr. the cotton inside all bunch up into a big ball. Not even comfortable anymore.

Wide selection of sofas and good customer service Store has wide selection of sofas ranging from traditional to modern. I had wanted a different configuration of sofa set than what was displayed and they accommodated me. Items were also delivered pretty quickly to my home. Only downside is that they didn't have the color of sofa that I wanted.

Excellent selection, unbeatable prices Tremendous variety - you can find ordinary, traditional, ornate, ultra-modern, and simple living room and dining room sets. Many leather sets (sofa + loveseat) can be found under $1000, which is often the price for just a basic fabric sofa at the local furniture store. Caveat emptor - some sets are greatly discounted due to minor defects so be sure to examine all surfaces of the sofa sets. Nonetheless, I would recommend this store to anyone anyday.

AWESOME STORE. If you wonder why the title of this store is 'The Sofa Outlet,' wonder no more! The title is true to its' name, it really is a sofa outlet. The sofas here are pretty and of good quality. The pricing is absolutely fantastic! Cheap &good-looking, can it get any better? I don't think so!

Good place They have very good selection at decent prices. The good thing about this place is the great customer service. They help you out at every way to make sure that you know what you want and should buy. Great quality products at the right price. If you treat them right they would give you a good deal and get you lots a freebies like free delivery!!Shhhh dont say I told ya!!!A great place to check out!!

Great Prices, Great customer service! This store is awesome! They have a great selection of low priced furniture to choose from and was even willing to delivery to south san francisco from fremont free. They were willing to work with us on getting a great deal on the perfest couches for us! I really love this store Great prices, Excellent customer service and the products are out of this world!
