Not so Great customer service they didn’t end up working with me very unsatisfied I would highly recommend looking over your deal in writing.I spoke to soon when it came down to the deal I was supposed to get they didn’t come threw I was actual surprised much more to say but will leave it there..

I had a great experience with USA Sofa. One of the best parts was being able to customize my couch exactly how I wanted it. I got to choose the material, the type of cushions, and whether I wanted them soft or firm. I personally chose the firm cushions, and I’m really happy with that decision. When the couches were first delivered, there was a small mistake with one of the details I requested for the design. However, the company handled it very professionally.
