Couch was the wrong size! As per order n they avoided our calls n did not offer to see what we could do to make it right!
Good service
We love the service and quality of the furniture. We custom ordered our sofas and they were ready and delivered in the two weeks as promised. The quality and lead time is far superior than other furniture stores. The service was exceptional. We did not feel pressured or felt like anyone was trying to sell us anything. We just went in, chose the style, color and that was it. It was that simple. I highly recommend Sofa USA.
