I love my sofa bed with chaise. Quality fabric and workmanship. The service was so helpful at the store and at the warehouse for a viewing. The delivery was on time as promised. They were polite and set up everything for me and took the packing materials with them. My overall experience was 5 star. Thanks Sofa so Good. Bev Kanji
We love our sofa bed. We had family stay with us over Christmas and they said the sofa bed was very comfortable. It is easy to open and close and looks great in our spare room. The delivery came when they said it would and the delivery guys took all the packing off and took it with them. Thank you
Very helpful staff at the store. We had to go to the warehouse to see the actual couch and the warehouse staff also provided excellent service. I didn’t realize that it was an actual a storage warehouse and rather than a bigger store with storefront and warehouse behind. The warehouse staff had the couch set out in the middle of the very full warehouse for us to look at when we arrived at the scheduled time! We’re happy with the product and customer service is fantastic! We had to arrange delivery as we’re not in the lower mainland and unfortunately the delivery staff greeted us with a rude comment about the difficulty of navigating our front door. I didn’t think dimensions would be a problem since I was assured that sofa so good works with the delivery company on a regular basis (and when we moved in the moving company didn’t have any issues with the layout of our front door). Great selection, but most of all great staff. we haven't purchased anything from here yet but the staff and Products are impressive, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Go see Missy, she's awesome.and she has treats!
