Mike that works at the east state street location in Athens Ohio that evidently is a manager there is a liar and is completely rude! I clearly told him I needed someone to cut the lock off of the storage unit I was renting that is paid up to September 21st and he told me I had to pay the $30 first before they would cut it. Then he told me the guy could not do it until 5pm but was gonna have him try to hurry and do it by 2pm. I ordered a replacement seat cover cushion from this place online, and it shipped to me fast. I was impressed because the replacement cover I received was identical to the one I already had that was damaged, although my sectional did not come from their company, they had the cushion cover replacement that I needed.
