We were unhappy with Drs Sofa Service's handling of our furniture. They lost some parts during disassembly, and reassembling was a challenge.

What can I say about Ronald and his great service he was amazing and thoughtful, helpful. We were in a heck of a bind and he and his help came through in a clutch. They were able to come out late and help get my sofa into my apartment with precision and utmost care. go to these people!they are awesome and fair and they care. They left my couch in a better position than it came in that's for sure. Communication with them was amazing. He would reach out and make sure that everything was going according to plan.
Ronald and Iveta did an amazing job they arrived at 2:45, did the assessment, and the job was done by 3:19. Imagine narrow stairs up 3 flights. They are truly professionals who know exactly what they are doing. And the price is very affordable. Thanks again, guys.
They moved a couch for me from Manhattan to Upstate New York and they did a great job! He was always communicating with me and was very fair when it came to pricing. The move was done perfectly and professionally, I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends!
