There have been some issues and confusion about insurance for sure. But Dr. Rameriz is still the best!!
I called to schedule new patient visit, front desk girls were rude to me from the beginning of the conversation. Asked me what insurnace I have then cut me off right away saying they don’t accept it, yet my insurance assigned me to this MD. First impression is everything, and your office lacks professionalism.
