We had our Ford F-150 in numerous times for a " steering problem" and a loud bang , they replaced shocks & struts and a few days later could not steer the truck - found grease slung around axle , had to have it towed in , and drivers side needs replacement , boot failure on drivers side . When Soren's called, my husband told them to replace both sides which was not done !!! $ 3,000 later we now have it to a real mechanic who diagnosed the steering bolt was broken plus the axle dry. We had a really difficult experience with Soerens Ford. It took almost a year for them to fix the heat in our van. Multiple times over the year we would be told they would check something and get back to us and never did. Each step of the process was so frustrating - leaving us without a car for weeks, not returning phone calls and returning the car with no heat several times. Soeren’s is home to the nice and honest guys! Bought 3 cars from them and it’s always been a great experience. Salesman John *, manager Mike *and Tyler in service all bend over backwards to help you. I appreciate all the work they’ve done in helping me with my last 3 vehicles there and will tell people of my experience. Thank you Soerens!

This year was the first time our company did business with Soren’s Ford. We were happy with the service we received from the company. Until we took another vehicle in to have an oil change done. They quoted me a price the same as our Toyota dealership for the oil change so we made the appointment ( as you know every one is booked out for oil changes two weeks out!) So when we bring our car in for an oil change that day they told me they miss quoted me on the price and is $50.00 dollars more. They said the can’t match the Toy... read more

My wife and I have been lifelong customers, but that has come to an end. We were in a car accident in June of 2021, they had our car almost 3 months for repairs. When we did finally get the car back we had it less than 3 days and had to take it back in for work that was not done right. Luckily they could fix that while we waited. I had sooooo many issues w this dealer. First heated seats weren’t up to my expectations. I had asked for them to look at them and they never looked at them. Said they were fine. I bought a 2015 Crx-5 luxury. It made a noise on the right tire and they fixed that by putting a clip on the brake. I saw the manual in the car & checked it out. It had a VW book in it.
