I love Soel Boutique!!! Their clothes and baby clothes are so fun and unique! The employees are all so darling, knowledgable and fun! They go above and beyond to make sure you find what you need and have a great experience in the store!
The employees that were there on the morning of 10/2 were not very kind in their treatment of my daughter. I am just so disappointed with the way they handled a simple return. The product my daughter purchased was defective. There was no professional discussion regarding the issue, just blame placing and dispersion casting. I just can't recommend a store that treats their customers as dishonest from the word go!!!
The best boutique in Utah! Plus super helpful & sweet employees. Always a good experience in the store! Anyone who says anything bad about this place is just in a bad mood ;) I love that I can always get a quick gift or a quick outfit or leave the store with a new friend who works there. Love love love this store!!
I bought a shirt that was defective, and tore apart at the seam after 1 wear. When taking it back, I was treated terribly. The employees were rude, My morals were questioned, and they wouldn’t give us manager contact information. I simply will never go back again, and am telling anyone that will listen to never go.
Truly the sweetest employees ever. I live far away from their store but when I spoke with them on the phone there were so willingly and sweet to help me buy it and ship it to me! Just really great people to shop with!
My absolute favorite boutique to pop into everytime I'm visiting Utah! They have the sweetest employees, best brands and such a lovely atmosphere! Or if I'm not in Utah I'll order over the phone via instagram. Cutest models ever which makes everything so much more tempting. Fav boutique in Utah, hands down.
