Went in and behind the counter the man ignored me for 5 minutes. Then turned around and just looked at me. No Hello, can I help you, sorry you had to wait while I was gossiping. I just stood there waiting 2 minutes. Not a word. I asked a question and was told no before I finished. The lost a long time customer. I sure miss Charles.
