Eli was thorough and efficient. He explained everything completely before doing the job and made us comfortable with the service we received.
I can't, in good conscious, recommend this company to any home owner in San Antonio or Austin, Texas. They 'inspected' my HVAC system, supposedly found mold, that I stupidly didn't check myself, and were unprofessional when we refused their overpriced services. In the end, we accepted their services and they DRILLED A HOLE in our HVAC system and slapped a UV light in there. The service was $600. They have fooled and scammed me and I hope that this review helps prevent any other home owner from making the same mistake.
I inquired on a Sunday for a chimney inspection and quickly received a call to schedule an appointment. Eli came to our house and provided thorough information about our chimney. He then inspected our A/C ducts, where he identified mold and shifted his focus to addressing that issue.
