What a great experience! The staff was friendly, professional, caring, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They explained pricing and procedures thoroughly and were understanding of my current financial capabilities. Dr. Peters-Seppala was incredibly caring and put me at ease throughout my procedures. Horrible practices! I went for a cleaning as a new patient and after almost 12-15 X-rays a saliva spit test (?) and 45 min later still have not started my cleaning, I got up , refused any more services, signed out my numerous X-rays and ran out of there. I always expect, as a patient, for any medical practitioner to have my best interest at heart however this establishment only wants your $$$$ they immediately look for any minute thing wrong with you so they can sell you thousands of dollars in services that you don’t need. ... read more
