This is my 1st year with this insurance company (my dad has been with them before me) but I was surprised how quick and easy everything was and how friendly the staff was. When I talked to Alejandro he made sure I could get the best deal for my insurance and explained every detail so I understood good and it was way cheaper than what I originally had,once we agreed he handled everything else and it made things so simple.
