I always feel refreshed and a positive energy after doing yoga with Lacey. The yoga flows are mind opening and refreshing, while still challenging for balance and large muscle group strength. As someone with limited yoga experience, I also felt she was good about offering suggestions for how to modify poses to my flexibility level. It is one of the few times where I can let my mind wander, which is one of the biggest benefits for me. Highly recommend.
