My Family and I got a flat tire on christmas day while traveling to our christmas retreat, luckily we were within 300 ft of the Cabin we had rented, when the tire was deflating, and at 15psi when we pulled into the driveway. The service from this Point S location was great on a tire swap when we had an emergency. Very quick. An anonymous person paid for our tire which we are super grateful for. I hope that person knows they lifted a burden and if Point S is able to pass that message on that'd be amazing.
We took our car there many times there is no problems but these last few times we went there for oil changes and they didn't even changed oil filter or put oil they said they did we check it was old filter and oil in it there excuses was sorry he check but they did charge us for the oil change we give them the filter and oil to do i they did fix the problem at the end but still check your vehicle before you get it back happened a couple of times already..
Great customer service! My car wouldn’t start and I called and they showed up within 20 min and had it running. I drove it to their shop they quickly tested everything and within 30 min I was on my way. The price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them.
