ATTN: Read this honest review and be warned. Leaving 2 stars because they did a good job siping my tires. However they broke my bolt and refused to replace it or even work with me. I tried to be civil and understanding and asked them to at least meet me half way. But NO they not only had "no time" for a family with children driving like that 30 miles they were also very harsh about it! Now point S in montpelier serviced my car and believe it or not also broke 2 bolts but THEY FIXED IT NO PROBLEM. Be aware that if they break ... read more

This shop is sympathetic to stranded travelers! Tina and TJ had us back on the road in minutes and didn’t even charge us for taking a look at the damage I did on a very rough Idaho road. Wonderful customer service! I wish I could have purchased a tire from them.
