I've used Soda Sense for my CO2 refills for years. Recently I had to buy a new Soda Stream which uses a different connection for the CO2 bottles. I contacted Soda Sense to find out how to get the Quick Connect bottles when I return the current threaded bottles. I was fortunate that my request wound up with Kris. Best Customer Service EVER! I drink about 4 liters of fizzy water a day and I've had a soda stream machine for decades to cut down on the disposable plastic bottle use. We found Soda Sense during the pandemic when everything in NYC shut down and have been using them ever since (so 5+ years). Never had an issue until last month when something was wrong with the 2 canisters I received and they ran out after less than 20 refills (they are good for 60). Bought our Soda Sense at a Nascar race in Charlotte, NC. We ended up buying a second one for our daughter and her family. My husband was very skeptical but now drinks more water than everyone else! We would definitely recommend Soda Sense to anyone who wants to drink more water, has very little space for appliances, or has kids. It is fabulous for the whole family. Enjoy!
