Hosea is the owner of this company, he 100% leads by example. He is working on my pool right now and it is Memorial Day. The owner ran the route so his guys wouldn’t have to work on a holiday, talk about a dedicated owner. I had another pool company cleaning my pool right before soda city started. Our pool had been neglected over the winter month and we called in Soda City Pools to get it back to a clear blue state. Their “Green to Clean” program took 3 days and what a difference! They are prompt with communication, scheduling and giving a detailed report on what took place each visit and the amount of chemicals added. So far they get a A+
I have had Soda City Pools and Spas out to my pool several times. Robert, the technician is always prompt and professional and does a great job. I also like the fact they send the same technician.
I can not say enough how happy I am with Soda City Pools. 1 Example of many good encounters with them. I called on Tuesday because our salt filter was leaking after being serviced a few days before….. they came out in less then 24 hours and corrected the issue. Additionally, their prices are fantastic, customer service is friendly and on her game, and everyone that comes out on our either bi-monthly or monthly service treats our pool like it’s their own.
