Very disappointed with this company. The sod we received was poor quality and not what we paid for. Customer service made things worse—the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. As a Black customer, I felt disrespected by how I was treated. Even the manager overheard the interaction and did nothing to correct it. I expected better product and professionalism. I would not recommend this company.
I highly recommend Sod Depot of Tampa Bay! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Every time I visit, they go above and beyond to assist me, including helping load the sod into my vehicle, which I truly appreciate. Their prices for sod and plants are very reasonable, and the quality has always been excellent. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in providing great service.
