Placed sod in my brand new built house and it is dead which is fine it happens sometimes get bad batch-but when I contacted them Mr. Sherry replied sorry can’t because it was weather...didn’t apologize and no offer to work out something to replace the sod. Didn’t offer to come look at it, meet me and I would have been professional, but he just replied with excuses.
