I ordered sod from Sod Atlanta a couple of weeks ago, it was to be a suprise for my wife on our anniversary. I delt with Stephanie there and you could have not ask for somene to be nicer or go the extra mile any further that she did. I was in a total panic trying to pull this off, and in a matter of minutes she had everything on track for me to go through with my plan. Great Experience – My wife and I bought a house a couple of years back and couldn't decide what to do in the backyard. We tried a couple of things but ultimately decided on sod. Our experience with Sod Atlanta was great. Everyone that we dealt with made it an easy process. We use Sod Atlanta too. – My husband and I have a very small LS business and have been using Sod Atlanta for several years now. I have had nothing but great customer service with this company. We can call their front office manager anytime morning or evening and we get great service as well as a great product. They even go the extra mile to check in and make sure our projects are going ok. Price is a little higher than others but you always get what you pay for. Sod Atlanta is the best.

bad sod bad attitudes – We ordered sod from this company, we found them through a google search. First of all, they had a hideous attitude over the phone. The receptionist, manager, whatever-she-is, main lady who answers the phones, has a completely unacceptable attitude and snottiness in her voice. It is not pleasant to do business with them at all. Nice sod, but horrible customer service. Some of the rudest, meanest people we've met. Sod was not worth the poor treatment.

Nice Sod but Worst Customer Service – Nice, good quality, good looking sod but the customer service we received was horrible. It didn't even qualify as customer service- it was just plain meanness. They were so hateful the sod was not worth dealing with them over. Rebel Supreme has held up very well, however.
