Exceptionally useless customer service
Started out so nice. Then downhill fast. So overpriced so you can't possibly get electricity. Then the permits. Then the wait. Then try to get someone from the loan application dept to get back to you. The the estimate is only good for 30 days. They know no one is calling you within 30 days. Forget it. You win. No electricity for us. Solar here we come!

Hate this company. If there was another option for on grid power we would use it. They are terrible at maintaining any of their poles and equipment but end up raising prices and charging for them doing all this imaginary maintenance. Then we are stuck without power for extended amounts of time for equipment failure. They also decide to send " workers " to come onto private property with no notice to do b.s things like "cut trees" that aren't even close to the power lines.
