They over charge for services to be turned on. I called on a Thursday to have my utilities turned on they were closed, I spoke to someone on the phone who assured me they were open I tried for 5hrs to call before I loaded all 3 of my children in the car to drive 40 min to get my utilities turned on and they were in fact closed due to an important Holiday luncheon. © The most inconvenient electric company because they were also closed on Friday. Exceptionally useless customer service
Started out so nice. Then downhill fast. So overpriced so you can't possibly get electricity. Then the permits. Then the wait. Then try to get someone from the loan application dept to get back to you. The the estimate is only good for 30 days. They know no one is calling you within 30 days. Forget it. You win. No electricity for us. Solar here we come!
