Soccoro electric doesn't communicate properly. Phone services are automated no real person to talk to. My power is out. I call in ,then i get a text my power has been restored, but no such thing. Power still out. And no help. This is no a reliable service, but all we get out here. No cool.

This was my first time calling Socorro Electric on behalf of JKL Electric, and Mary Phillips and Angelica Trujillo took great care of me. They answered all of my questions right away, were professional and respectful, and made the process much easier. I really appreciate their help and feel like they went above and beyond. I highly recommend asking for Mary or Angelica if you need help.
They over charge for services to be turned on. I called on a Thursday to have my utilities turned on they were closed, I spoke to someone on the phone who assured me they were open I tried for 5hrs to call before I loaded all 3 of my children in the car to drive 40 min to get my utilities turned on and they were in fact closed due to an important Holiday luncheon. © The most inconvenient electric company because they were also closed on Friday.
