I have had good and I have had bad. I have been a patient here for about 2 years. In this time, I have had 3 different doctors due to them leaving. Recently, I reacted badly to a medication. I called at 11am on a Friday for medical advice as I started having heart rate and breathing issues. I didn't get a call back until Monday at 12. All that was said was "You had some breathing issues? Haven't had any issues with this place. Have been going here for about 2 years now, experienced 2 different doctors before Dr. Kary Felt, and all of them were nice and decent. Felt did my son's toe surgery, came out just fine. Quick in and out procedure. My special needs daughter is taken care of pretty ok. My husband has had many issues in the past, getting referrals weren't a problem from here. The referrals were usually dead ends, but the beginning stage no issues haha. We are new residents in New Mexico, and knew that the health care would be wildly different than it was in New England, but my experience here was the first medical experience that actually made me angry and extremely uncomfortable. They do not have any qualified Drs, and I’m frustrated I wasted my time going there the few times that I had to.
