Not very happy. He called 2 days before our arrival to say that our unit is not available after our reservation was made well in advance. We made reservations there because about 20 other friends were staying at the same resort, others next door at OD Resort and within walking distance of the festivities. Only to be offered another resort unit several blocks down South Ocean Blvd, not within walking distance. Don't waste your time!!

Albeit the specific condo you reserved was unavailable at the last minute (due to emergency owner maintenance which prevented it from being occupied), SoCoastal did indeed find you another rental at the resort directly next door to where you were originally booked. Justin was there from the moment we booked until the day we left. He made sure that we had the best experience. Everything was as stated on site. Thank you Justin for a great vacation.
From the beginning til the end of our vacation our experience was wonderful. Justin made sure we had everything that we needed and also followed up to make sure the process was smooth and that we enjoyed our stay. We will be using them again for our next stay. Customer service was awesome and you just don't find that these days. THANK YOU!
