I reached out to Roof Gecko after discovering a leak in my roof, which had actually been replaced by another company just a few years ago. Kase Dupont, the owner, was incredibly responsive and came out the same day to inspect the issue. They turned around a quote quickly and had a crew scheduled just as fast. Hunter was fantastic from start to finish. He walked us through the whole process, answered every question, and made replacing our roof way less stressful than we expected. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. The roof looks great, the price was fair, and the communication was excellent the entire way. Hunter was patient in working with me to build a case with my insurance to get the roof covered. It took literally years but once he stepped in it got moving again. With his help and knowledge we were able to get the roof replacement covered. He knows what insurance companies are looking for and had a great attitude through the whole process.
From the sales staff to supervision staff, but mostly I give props to the installation guys. They were awesome. They showed up on time(6:30 am)and did an excellent install, & they cleaned up and left the place immaculate, and the installation looks fantastic. I'm just excited & being enthused. One of the best experiences overall. They really came through when 7 other companies failed! I have a brand new roof and all I had to pay of the 60k was my deductible. Wow I will refer them to everyone I know:-)
