Hopefully writing this will save someone else’s time and sanity. Beware of Jeff at Soco quick Cleaning, Trinidad, CO I had the absolute worst experience with Jeff from Soco quick Cleaning. He showed up quickly to give me what he called a free estimate but then charged me $95 for it. I made the mistake of trusting him and paid $1,500 down for mold remediation, sanitation, and trimming of a large rubber tree. We had an agreement that he would come on Sunday.
