Glen came out and got my hot tub back up to 104 from the 89 temp it had dropped to. He was there within the hour actually and no charge for this service call as he has done servicing on it before . He is very knowledgable about hot tubs and very pleasant. Also ordered a new cover from him as my old one is pretty heavy. Highly recommend him.
With all of my broken parts, my hot tub needs to stay healthy! SoCo makes sure that happens so we are all functioning properly!
Unhappy recently Glen had been very reliable in the past, but I have not been able to get in touch with him despite leaving lots of voicemail, text and email messages. Despite spending a fair amount of money in trying to get our hot tub working, the problem remains unresolved. At this point, I am very disappointed.
Excellent timely service. Very knowledgeable and does not try to "sell" you new equipment when your old unit can be repaired. Recommend highly!
We Bought a home with an old spa that was beyond repair. Glen helped us get it out and then mounted a huge effort to get our new tub in through a very tight entrance way. He really is the "go to" guy for spa and pool work! Highly recommend!!
